Free delivery to Mainland UK. Orders are shipped first class via Royal Mail within 2 days of order being placed unless stated otherwise on product description.

I do not currently offer international delivery.

Returns & Cancellations

Personalised Items

As these products are custom made to your specification, please note that personalised items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Cancellation

Please check the details of your order in your Order Confirmation email, especially if you are ordering Personalised Items. As I aim to deliver items as quickly as possible, you may have less than 24 hours to notify me of any cancellations.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase it is recommended that you get in touch with me and I’ll be happy to resolve the situation for you.

You have 28 days (from date product is received) to return or exchange an item. Please notify me by email if you wish to return or exchange. The item will need to be returned to me at:

All unused items must be returned in the original packaging with the dispatch note.

It is recommended that you ask for proof of posting when returning your item.

Refunds will be issued to your credit or debit card within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that personalised items are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

Your item should arrive in perfect condition but if it does arrive damaged could you please get in touch with me 07756092227 or through the Contact Page to arrange a replacement or refund for you.
